Easy Chipotle-Style Burrito Bowls

Ingredients
For the Meat

1 lb ground beef, chicken, or pork

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper
For the Bowls

3 cups cooked rice

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

2 cups shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes
-
1 cup shredded cheese

Sour cream
-
Salsa
-
Optional: avocado, jalapeños, cilantro, lime wedges
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add meat and cook until browned.

Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add 2–3 tablespoons of water and simmer for 2 minutes.

Warm the black beans.

Divide rice among serving bowls.
